You may use
the stationery you download for your personal or business e-mails.
You "use" but you do not "own" each letter/ signature tag. The material used for each letter is featuring either the original artwork by Natasha N. and are in whole copyrighted to Natasha N. or paid, licensed graphics and/or photos which remain property of their respective authors/ owners/ creators and therefore are copyrighted to them. These graphics and/or photos are used by Astradenia.com, in accordance to their authors Terms of Use. Astradenia.com holds the copyright to the stationery itself and to any graphics made by Natasha N. from scratch and are used "as is" or, in addition to the above material, in order the stationery -letter or signature- to be created. Copyrighted material are protected by international copyright laws. Therefore, You may not : - use the stationery in whole or part of it, to create new stationery, images, graphics, tubes and/or - offer it for free or sell it through your website (personal/commercial) or including them in a collection (free on not) or in a cd (for sale or not) and/or - distribute it through groups (aol, yahoo etc). Please, keep in mind that, using the "right click" to save an image for further use as a tube or clipart, does not "transfer" the copyright for the tube or the image you re-make and therefore, you cannot use them for re-distribution just writing "I made these tubes/clipart from pictures I found on the web; please, feel free to use them" unless the sites you found these images are "public domain". And believe us, whatever you may have read... public domain sites are just a drop in the cyber space! You are not authorized to claim the stationery you download or part of it (graphics, images) as your own creation(s) and therefore you may not copy / crop/ resize/ modify/ redistribute it (website, download, cd etc). You may backup your stationery in a cd but you may not sell or even offer this content for free, to others. Please, do not give your Username and Password to others, even if they are your best friends! We work hard on creating these stationery items and the graphics we use to the most of the letters and signature tags cost a lot of money -not to mention the hours of paintings creation. Besides, it's not good for you too, who pay for a membership, to let others have for free what you've paid for! Refund Policy : We make NO REFUNDS, due to the nature of the downloadable products.
